Return Policy and Process:
When returning an item please take note of the following as we will remain firm on our return policy with ALL customers.
- Shipping will not be refunded on ANY returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
- WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. A store credit will be offered on the same sales channel as the purchase was made.
- Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible retuned merchandise. (Please remember returns are not accepted on sale, clearance, accessories, and custom items)
- Returns MUST be received in original condition with tags attached and a copy of the original order/packing slip.
- Returns MUST be made within 14 days of the PURCHASE DATE! NO EXCEPTIONS! If you select store pick up and do not pick up until after the 14 days the item is no longer eligible for return.
- If mailing in your returns item must be post marked within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping to send back and packages received after 14 days will be rejected and you will be responsible for shipping fee back to you. If you do not pay the reshipping fee item will be donated within 7 days.
- If your items has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn it will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- Store credit for any online purchase will be given within 5 days of arriving or begin brought back. You will be notified via email when your credit has been issued. NO ONLINE CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED ON THE SPOT BY STORE FRONT EMPLOYEES RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED IN WAREHOUSE.
